You Deserve a Peaceful Relationship with Food
No judgment. No shame. No more fighting with your body. Just gentle, expert guidance to help you nourish yourself with kindness and confidence.
Diet Culture Has Failed You
You've been told to eat less, exercise more, count every calorie. And when it didn't work, you blamed yourself. But here's the truth: it was never your fault.
A Gentle Approach That Actually Works
Imagine eating without guilt. Trusting your body again. Feeling at peace around food. That's not a fantasy — it's what intuitive, compassionate nutrition therapy can give you.
No Food Rules
We remove labels from food. Nothing is "forbidden" — we learn to honor cravings mindfully.
Body Respect
Health at every size. We focus on how you feel, not what the scale says.
Safe Space
Every session is judgment-free. You can be completely honest about your struggles — that's where healing begins.
Hi, I'm Riya
I know what it's like to have a complicated relationship with food — because I've been there. My own journey from emotional eating to intuitive nutrition is what inspired me to become a dietitian specializing in compassionate care.
With certifications in Eating Disorder Recovery, Intuitive Eating, and Clinical Dietetics, I help people stop punishing their bodies and start nourishing them — from a place of love, not fear. Every client I work with teaches me something new about resilience, and it's an honor to walk beside you on this journey.
Stories of Healing
Names changed for privacy. Shared with permission and gratitude.
"For the first time in 15 years, I ate a meal without calculating calories in my head. Riya helped me understand that food isn't the enemy — the diet industry is. I cry happy tears thinking about how far I've come."
Meera
Recovered from restrictive eating
"I was terrified to see a dietitian because I expected to be shamed for my weight. Riya never once mentioned my weight. She focused on how I felt, what I enjoyed, and my energy levels. It was revolutionary."
Deepa
Found food freedom
"After my pregnancy, I felt disconnected from my body. Riya's trauma-informed approach helped me rebuild trust with myself. She didn't just feed my body — she fed my soul."

How We'll Work Together
1. A Warm Conversation
We start with a no-pressure chat. Tell me your story, your fears, your hopes. I'm here to listen, not to lecture.
2. Understanding Your World
I learn about your life, triggers, emotional patterns, and what food means to you. No detail is too small.
3. Gentle, Gradual Shifts
Small, loving changes — never drastic overhauls. We move at YOUR pace, celebrating every win along the way.
4. Lifelong Freedom
The goal isn't dependence on me — it's giving you the tools and confidence to nourish yourself for life.
Common Questions
Is this only for people with eating disorders?
Not at all. While I specialize in ED recovery, I help anyone who feels stressed, confused, or unhappy around food — whether it's emotional eating, chronic dieting, or simply wanting a healthier mindset.
Will you put me on a strict meal plan?
No. Rigid meal plans often do more harm than good. We'll work together to build flexible guidelines that honor your hunger, preferences, and life circumstances.
What if I cry during a session?
Then we hand you a tissue and keep going. Tears are welcome here. Healing is emotional work, and this is a safe space for all of it.
Do you do online sessions?
Yes! Most of my clients work with me virtually. All you need is a quiet space and a willingness to be open. Healing happens wherever you feel safest.
